Be sure everyone you help register or are talking to know what ID is needed to vote.

Be sure they have checked with voter registration officials to make sure their registration matches exactly the id they are going to present. Make sure the address matches as well.

This seems very mundane, but so many states are trying to stop us from voting, especially minorities and elderly people. I think we should have people calling our voters and making sure they have what they need to legally vote.

I predict a really nasty November trying to vote.

1. Exactly. Each one reach one...just among your own entourage.

Ensuring voting rights, one potential voter at a time.

3. Many Hillary supporters do not view this as voter suppression.

They made that quite clear during the AZ and NY primaries.

I don't think they have any reason to complain now.

7. The Florida Democratic Party is concentrating on those things

At least that is what I was told by the person from the FDP campaign office I met with Tuesday (who was trying to recruit me to volunteer to work with the state offices in Tallahassee).

Since the Florida primary is long over (March 15) they are gearing up for the general election. Saturday there is a training session on registering people to vote. They will doing that as much as possible, depending on how many volunteers they get.

The other things they are emphasizing are getting people out to vote and supporting the candidates for the down ticket races. Since they haven't got a single Democrat signed on to replace Representative Gwen Graham in District 2, this will be a challenge!

8. That's not an issue in Oregon which is a pro-voting State.

How long will other States put up with this unmitigated bullshit? I predict voting in late October while eating Halloween candy and smoking a joint in my favorite polling place, my own living room. I never ask myself for ID. It seems redundant.

9. If only all of the states were as far along but they are not.

Most of the southern states have instituted stupid poll rules. I'm waiting for a poll tax that will be next. Stupid, it should be easy to vote.
