I need a question answered, please...

My question is: when Walker exempted the police and firefighters from his collective bargaining limits, did he also exempt them from the way the state of Wisconsin no longer collects union dues from their employees? In other words does the state still collect dues for the police and firefighters as they did in the past, or has it changed for them too? I'm finding this hard to google properly to get the answer I'm looking for.
