trump and cnn are 'concerned' about President Obama

[IMG][/IMG]

Obama's cerebral reaction to terror tested in Orlando

(CNN)President Barack Obama lands Thursday at the scene of the largest terror attack on U.S. soil since 9/11 buffeted by criticism that he doesn't understand the threat posed by radical Islam and hasn't done enough to protect the homeland.

When terrorists have struck during his presidency, Obama has typically reacted cerebrally and unemotionally, trying to ensure that reason triumphs over the fear and emotion of the moment even as critics such as Donald Trump assail it.

It's an approach that will be tested once again in Orlando as he tries to console Americans reeling from the dawn of a new era of mass casualty, lone wolf, homegrown terrorism that authorities have long feared.

There is a method to Obama's analytical response, namely that he believes it is the best way to neutralize a threat that preys on emotion and paranoia. While he typically offers prayers for the victims and their families and warns he will hunt terrorists wherever they are, the President often makes the point that terrorism in some form is an inevitable fact of modern life.

1. Obama has shown remarkable clarity and resolve during those times.

He has been a complete mirror opposite of Trump. Those that criticize his tenor and actions are the same people that agree with Trump. Yeah, maybe Obama's words and actions do not seem newsworthy, but he sure knows how to back up those words and actions. In other words, he acts presidential.

If you have to have arm-waving, spittle-flecked, red-faced reactions to show you someone cares...sounds like a personal problem to me.

As though his demeanor and facial expressions would have an impact? Silly.

Trump & Republicans run screaming like frightened children when terrorists strike. O has drones & Navy Seals carry out his response.

7. Just ask Trump what kinds of employees he prefers:

Does he prefer employees who go about their job calm and professional, or does he prefer employees who "shoot from the hip" when a crisis occurs?

He doesn't talk s**t and shoot his mouth off making ridiculous proclamations, he doesn't pat himself on the back on Twitter, and he doesn't needlessly bomb/invade countries in response to a tragedy! Instead, he tries to handle things in a measured and rational manner that seeks to extend sympathy for the victims, keep people calm, and considers reasonable solutions to prevent such tragedies from occurring in the future- pretty much everything we *should* want from our President. Oh, but hey, he didn't/refuses to say the magic words, "Radical Islam"!
