Robert Irvine does miracles. He seems tough but has a heart of gold. He's done shows about helping soup kitchens and community centers before - should be a tear jerker.

is a teddy bear. Both of them have probably saved many of the restaurants they have redone.

of Kitchen Nightmares and R:I. So far, Robert Irvine is ahead by quite a bit. He also usually does much more low-profile establishments, so maybe that has something to do with it.

the place closed shortly after, i believe, and the owner insisted that they had trashed the place up to make it extra bad. that one i wondered if the guy committed suicide after the show. (not really, but....)
but really, it is just the artificial stress, repeated ad nauseum. same shit every show. i sure wouldn't want to be one of his contractors. i liked it for a while, but i got tired of it.

a two part cleaning. Professional crew cleans ups the vermin and crap. Moving oven, more vermin found. Then the rotting steaks out in the patio. ugh. The guy had problems.

Newspaper articles and Yelp reviews showed that. He was also an awful employer.

FILTHY. It was obvious the health department folks are his buddies.

A couple people have tried to pull that garbage on Ramsay too, and they've lost in court. They run a disgusting establishment and then try to say they've been set up. BS.

Also, THEY ask for help and allow cameras into their establishment. They aren't made to by court order.

Robert Irvine worked miracles with a soup kitchen and completely equipped a veteran's kitchen.

The guy really does good work.

I LOVE Robert Irvine, and I think his show is much more realistic than Kitchen Nightmares (I cannot stand Gordon Ramsey - he's a total asshole)
