More trouble for Brexit / Lesser Briton

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/06/08/brexit-would-put-falkland-islands-sovereignty-at-risk-says-willi/

The sovereignty of the Falkland Islands’ could also be put at risk if Britain votes to leave the EU, William Hague has warned.

Lord Hague, the Former foreign secretary, also warned that Gibraltar would be left in a very difficult position and that Britain's overseas territories were united in fearing “seriously adverse consequences” of a Brexit.

Members of the Falklands’ administration have already predicted “catastrophic consequences” if Britain leaves the EU, because the great majority of Falkland exports go to the European single market.

isn't blatantly obvious as the islands and it's population of ~3000 are situated far south in the southern hemisphere.

This hasn't gained any traction amid all the noise in the aftermath of the vote yet, but it's another unintended consequence.
