... Earlier this week, the man who had described himself as Bundy's personal bodyguard, Brian Cavalier. became the sixth person to plead guilty to charges related to the takeover of the refuge.
He is expected to receive a prison term of between 15 and 21 months when he is sentenced in September.
The next court hearing for Bundy will be July 6 at 9:30 a.m.

(82,849 posts)Can't blame his attorneys for trying to get him sprung, but Ammon and his little friends have demonstrated that they can't be trusted to conduct themselves in a lawful manner. At least they're off that "speedy trial" kick now that they have continually delayed the proceedings both in Oregon and Nevada.

And any plea for anything other than imprisonment should be heard by deaf ears.
As to the Finicum protesters. Arrest them, too.
