DENVER Donald Trumps campaign is in a tumultuous state, with at least two staffers resigning this week and joining a growing list of personnel who have parted ways with the campaign in recent months.
Kevin Kellems, who was recently brought on to be the director of surrogates on Trumps campaign, announced his resignation in a short email to associates obtained Friday by The Washington Post. Erica Freeman, another aide who worked with surrogates, also resigned, a person familiar with her decision said.
At the same time, Trump continues to add staff for the general election. He announced Friday that he has hired veteran Republican strategist Kellyanne Conway, who joins the team fresh off a stretch working for a super PAC that supported Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) and was highly critical of Trump. The campaign also promoted Karen Giorno to senior political adviser.
The moves will add two experienced women to a senior team that has been predominantly male.

The Elves:
George Conway, Jerome Marcus, Richard Porter and Ann Coulter. A team of legal advisors that secretly began to assist Paula Jones in her sexual harassment suit against President Clinton.
After the Elves convinced Jones to turn down the $700,000 settlement with Clintons lawyer Bob Bennett, and Davis & Cammerata ended their representation of Jones, they were instrumental in getting Jones to seek new legal representation with the Rutherford Institute, a law firm closely affiliated with religious conservative Jerry Falwell.
if you haven't read the book, see the movie. it will make you beyond furious:

along with Fools for Scandal, by Gene Lyons, who wrote the book upon which the above movie is based, these two examples of actual journalism will instruct/remind anyone who doesn't know/remember the genesis of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy that coalesced around the Clintons, and is the source of the 'distrust' that dogs HRC to this day.
