Ever notice the only accused who get the presumption of innocence at FOX are those who kill blacks

3. And in the reverse.

There are a lot of people who make assumptions of innocence or guilt based on profession or politics or ethnicity/race.

Cop kills black man, we assume the cop's guilty. And even if the cop's found not guilty we argue to find reasons to justify those we are in solidarity with. It's a in-group or tribal thing.

Fortunately, neither we nor Fox matter in determining guilt or innocence. Unfortunately, this kind of thinking makes things generally worse for most people in the long run and for some even in the very short run.

2. I believe it

They could find lost footage of the Rosewood massacre of a pregnant woman being hung and her belly sliced open (read Like Judgment Day - first hand account of a survivor) and they would still give a presumption of innocence outside of a court of law.

I'm putting court of law in there - because tabloid talking heads aren't the Judge and jury. Neither am I.
