On MSNBC just now, there was a guy in the background of the shot in Dallas...

...kneeling in front of the flowers left for the police, hands in the air, screaming the 23rd Psalm at the top of his lungs...

Edited to add, He's praying for peace and a relationship to be rebuilt in the community.
