" (CNN)Donald Trump is suing a former campaign aide for $10 million, alleging a breach of a confidentiality agreement the aide signed.

Sam Nunberg, who was fired late last summer from the campaign after racially charged Facebook posts of his surfaced, said he is the former aide who is being sued.

Nunberg referred further questions to his attorney.

He even sued Maher for suggesting he was the offspring of an Orangutan, something that would be a step up for him.

Mostly they're settled for very little money out of court, complete with a permanent gag order unless there's a lot of money involved. Personal insult cases don't involve that much money.

and a token payment will salvage his wounded pride, and that's what this is all about.

I wish Anonymous and Wikileaks would get on his case and start digging up all the dirt. There is plenty. There is also no one to sue over the embarrassment of having it dug up, so it would contribute to the inevitable flameout.

I want to see one fair court battle (Cuban has the $$$ to do it) seeking PUNITIVE damages against The Con. Evidence of Defendant's wealth is relevant and fully explored and punitive damages are NOT extinguishable in bankruptcy.

But it must be soon. When he loses in November, he will be suing every single person that criticized him during the campaign.

Corey Lewandoski and Hope Hicks (he's 42 with 4 kids and married, she's 27) had an affair. I had suspected it after seeing her wear his suit jacket to events and the story the sued aid leaked, about how they had a personal spat in public.
