That is why they had a secular government. Dont bring sunni or shia religious bs and dont
try to overthrow my dictorship and all is well. Worked well till we fucked it up.

Also--say what you want about Bush, and I'd likely agree with you--Bush did insist that they not punish the guy (who was looking at a long stretch in jail).

Who knew that we'd look back at a guy tossing a SHOE at an American President, and find that "normal" compared to Trump?

We live in some strange times.
