(16,844 posts)gets more support than Trump eventually. I saw an interview with him the other day, and he came across as a decent, down-to-earth kind of guy. It will all depend on how much media exposure he gets.

(111,255 posts)I'd say he's the only choice for decent Republicans who don't want any part of Trump.
He believes in the fairy tale of laissez faire economics, so I'd never vote for him, but he is a decent alternative for his co believers.
He's like Republicans used to be before Nixon---decent, just wrong.
I hope he at least breaks double digits. I fully expect him to do well out west. Not sure about back east.

(20,682 posts)I used to think that when the men I date refuse to face the realities in their lives, that if I were more attractive, I could make them come around and join reality.
But it's not me. People just do what makes them temporarily satisfied, regardless of the results.
He's down to a handful of staff and supporters but will not accept that it's his fault.
Everything is always someone else's fault. Irrational.
