Love her, I don't think that would work. We just need to find more like her with fire in their bellies.

3. She might not be as liberal as RGB on some issues; also, her area of law is narrow.

She has never been a judge, either.


She would be better as Fed Chair.

Once we win back the Senate in November there will be what, 17 days before the inauguration if Trump wins. We can still do it even if Trump wins. Of course if Hillary wins it's a USSC free-for-all and we'll need to buy a whole lot of champagne.

If they kept the current rules. Best case scenario for Democratic Senate wins is about 52-53 seats.

I want justices that start in their late 40s. Hillary will get to name 3 at least, maybe 4. The court could be 7-2 soon.
