The most important part of Trump's remark about 2nd Amendment is "that will be a horrible day"

It seems that all the news outlets are missing the most important and telling part of the Trump assisantion request remark. and that's what it was, a request to assassinate an elected President.

Here's the transcript of the comment:

(CROWD BOOING) If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is. I don’t know. But — but I’ll tell you what. That will be a horrible day.

"If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do folks" That means Hillary is elected, it's too late to fix it. Now she picks the judges. Hence, "nothing you can do folks". "Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is." There is no question that the second amendment people he is referring to can remedy the situation through violence. "But---But I'll tell you what, that will be a horrible day". What day will be horrible? The day that Clinton is assassinated is the only conclusion I can draw. Even though the "Second Amendment remedy" is all that's left if Trump loses the election, still, that would be a horrible day.

Why are the newscasts cutting out that part of the statement? That's the most damning part of Trump's remarks.

1. You know, I think that language is from "The Turner Diaries."

Seriously.

There's a passage about the "Night of the Long Rope," I think (been awhile since I looked at discussions of that stochastic, white supremacist literature), but on this night, where they basically lynch everyone who is "inconvenient" -- i.e., Jews, blacks, Academics, et al -- it's called a "terrible day."

Terrible, but "necessary," as I recall.

So this is our "Turner Diaries" candidate.

2. As in "it's terrible that things had to get that bad and come to this (murder)"

Passive tense verbiage is a favorite rhetorical trick for demagogues.

Some people say (but I'm not saying it)
Some people ask (but I'm not asking it)
It's unfortunate for you (but it had nothing to do with me)
I'm sorry that happened to you (but I'm not apologizing for any wrongdoing)

4. I think you have it. I think the press doesn't want to acknowledge the Turner connection,

or their own complicity in giving Trump credible forums for his racist bilge.

the part of the statement you referenced are doing so out of guilt. They helped to build this monster, with billions in free press, slavishly reporting on every little thing to GIVE him that free press.

the second amendment people unified and he was elected it would be a horrible day. So that alibi is pure BS. He meant if Hillary was killed.

6. Another excuse I have seen: He supposedly meant that the 2A-people will stop Hillary by voting.

You know. After she has been elected, the 2A-people will stop her by voting. And it will be a horrible day.

There is no other explanation, once you extend the remarks to include that part

Just a thought.

Of course Trump is no where near as clever at the ratfucking game as Nixon - or Karl Rove, for that matter.
