Robert Dear (CS Planned Parenthood shooter) to appear in court Thursday
Robert Dear to appear in court Thursday
A man accused of killing three people last year at a Planned Parenthood clinic will appear before a judge on Thursday.
Robert Dear was last in court in May but was ruled not competent to stand trial. He has been in the state's mental institution in Pueblo since then.
A judge will decide if he is now competent.
Dear is accused of killing three people and injuring nine others in a shooting at the Planned Parenthood Shooting Colorado Springs in November 2015.
Authorities said he admitted to the shooting, saying, "I am a warrior for the babies."
