See, Donald isn't much of a detail guy. He's more big picture, like W., the first MBA president, was. Hard to imagine, but he might think the objection to coal is based on the idea that the pollution goes out "into the universe" - and since the planet is small and the universe is large, we shouldn't worry about polluting that big universe out there.

That a person over 5 could believe that is pretty mind-boggling, but it would not shock me if that is what he was saying.
