I think I loathe him more than trump, because at least he's come out and admitted, to a certain extent, what a sleazeball he is

McCain hides under a cloak of undeserved respect and the protection, for god knows what reason, of the media at large. the only time that didn't happen for him was when they went in the tank completely for dumbo in 2000, and allowed all sorts of scurillous lies to be bruited about. funny thing, though, I don't recall his dishonest, to say the least, handling of his Keating Five involvement. Bush didn't touch that, IIRC
