I can easily imagine him adjusting his tie in front of the bathroom mirror, then while grinning, spreading his arms and giving his image a double thumbs up and saying, "Who can I bullshit today?"
I'm sure he does this every morning as part of his ablutions.

(53,410 posts)But his act routine in the Black church finally set me straight.
I knew there was a lot of BS in what he said, but now I know it isn't a lot. It's all, every bit of it, BS.
I'm sure he does it to his family too. All the time. He can't help himself.

(108,977 posts)He's just a void inside, so there's no such thing as truth or lies to him.

(6,323 posts)I thought it was pretty obvious from the get go.
He's pretty obviously saying crazy shit.
First time I ever listened to him I knew he was full of shit and that was waaaaaaaaaaay long ago.
There are more subtle ways of doing the dirty in politics and Trump is at the opposite end of that.

(53,410 posts)That may be my problem. I think liars will sometimes tell the truth, so you find yourself with the dilemma of not knowing when they're lying or when they're telling the truth. Bullshitter, on the other hand, always bullshit. Once you get it you can relax and just wave them away as, well, bullshitters.
Some people who claim to know him say that in private he's very charming and a good host, but I think they've also been bullshitted by him.

(53,410 posts)then, once they dismiss her with that word they hurry unceremoniously to talk Trump!, Trump!, Trump!
It doesn't even matter what they say about him. They just talk about him.

(53,410 posts)but I also figured that in some aspects of his life, perhaps to his family and friends, he was genuine and truthful. I don't think that anymore. I think he bullshits them as much as he bullshits us. But they put up with it because he's rich and they want to stay on his good side. I probably isn't accepted by the rest of the rich people in NY.
