The key to any network to survive is ratings, but not just any ratings, ratings that appeal to the yuppie crowd. They have more disposable income then the older retired demographic. The RW base is older on SS, Medicare, and shrinking.
Fox News sees the writing on the wall, that's why the Megan pivot, trying to keep the old geezers and appealing to the younger voters.
Trump network is going after the old geezers. Advertisers are not interested in that demographic. It will appeal to a narrow base, which with time will become narrower and narrower.
Like someone has already mentioned, who will be advertising? Small niche businesses that appeal to a limited market with limited income will be their advertisers.
Also there will social pressure not to advertise with Trump. Advertisers will be leery to alienate customers to appeal to old bigoted geezers.
So Trump's business model is going to be like the rest of his business models a big loser, but he will milk his investors for every dime he can, just like he is milking the GOP for every dime.
Ivanka, Eric, Donald Jr, and Trump himself will all have very high salaries and will charge everything to the new venture.
