Why isn't the Justice Dept. investigating

Trump University, Trump Steaks, Trump provided fashion apparel, home furnishings, jewelry and accessories, books, chocolate bars, furniture, lighting products, bath textiles and accessories, bedding and home fragrance products, small leather goods, crystal stemware, barware and gifts, and bottled spring water?

It seems that everything that Hillary and Bill Clinton ever came near is under investigation and on the front pages of the MSM newspapers.

Then again, perhaps the MSM is pimping for Trump to help him get to the White House. Who knows?

But if/when he becomes president, those same news outlets who thought they could control him are in for a big surprise. Exactly what do they plan to do when he ignores the first amendment to the Constitution (freedom of the press, etc.) and ignores anyone who tries to reign him in?

We saw this happen in the mid-20th Century. Exactly how stupid are the current powers that be to help this maniac gain the power he seeks?

I don't think steaks and universities fall under federal statutes. I could be wrong though.

At this point in time, a federal investigation would be seen as "political". I can hear it now, "The only reason they are investigating me is to influence the Presidential race"

Who knows, maybe that is the reason he is running for President.
