and I can't imagine who thought that any prospective customers would find this amusing. That idiot woman screaming in a callous imitation of people in the streets of New York screaming as the towers collapsed, and then saying in a weirdly cocky, sarcastic voice, "never forget!" -- just ugh. Awful.
