So BARNICLE's brush with plagiarism annointed him the Pope of Absolution (JOHNSON, Aleppo fracas)

Last edited Fri Sep 9, 2016, 10:07 PM - Edit history (1)

In the early phase of "Morning (SCABS)," BARNICLE was barely making his rehabilitation return after his career bust, and he showed some angst and shame. I would leap from bed to fire up the Device while the Scabs circus was on the air because their e-mails only worked during the airing, and I would blast Pat BUCHANAN, Scabs, BARNICLE, Mika Mouse, etc. Whenever I mentioned BARNICLE I would include something about plagiarism, and it was CLEAR that they were seeing these things and BARNICLE would hang his head and just about cry.

Well, I stopped watching during Campaign '12 because they got just totally shameless. It hasn't been until 3 or 4 months ago that I tune in for small doses, and I have noticed that BARNICLE has become ESCONCED and self-confident and fully shameless.

So here he is, basking that a question of his had an impact in the news and in the role of his ABSOLVING the Aleppo dude and talking down from ON High. Rehabilitated (in his mind).

I was astounded that he was so easily forgiven. And he WAS easily forgiven.

Compare his treatment with that of Dan Rather, who didn't plagiarize anything.

Do you have a link to the MB comment?

.......Don’t blame Gary Johnson for his ignorance or his inability to speak to what is happening in a piece of the world that is a cauldron of terror, combat, and refugees. He’s not alone. Neither of the two major candidates—Trump and Clinton—have been asked the same simple question recently: What would you do about Aleppo?
Maybe it’s because one is a bit paranoid about the press and the other simply does not care. Hillary Clinton appears tortured, robotic, unable to speak in a straight line and in a permanent defensive crouch when she does find the time to answer a few questions. Trump just lies or makes it up while we shrug our shoulders and treat him like he is still the host of The Apprentice rather than a candidate for president of the United States. We laugh at him, apparently unaware the joke is on us.
Much of the world wept for Omran Daqneesh but the tears and the heartfelt sorrow soon disappeared. Just the way ribbons of remembrance for those who serve and die in Iraq and Afghanistan come untied in the winds of the changing seasons. Just the way the commitment of so many public people to remember the veterans and their families diminishes and then disappears once the election is over. Just the way they forget their duty to do their jobs, to make government work instead of trying to make it ungovernable.
Gary Johnson could not answer a simple question. Here’s another one for the rest of the field: What difference would it make to our lives and our children’s lives if you become president?
Ask it. And keep asking it.

Fuck Mike Barnicle. WTF with that garbage assessment of Clinton? She's been vilified, unfairly, for 20 or more years, and he mocks her as "defensive?" Of course she's defensive--she's endured the slings and arrows of "regular (white/barfly) guys" for fucking-ever. She's not "paranoid" -- if someone beats you up constantly, you don't assume they're gonna greet you with flowers and kisses.

Again, fuck Mike Barnicle. He's a Fox-News type, a Boston Herald type, a white majority/noblesse oblige/smartest-guy-in-the-room asswipe.

And Gary Johnson is an addled MORON for not knowing what "Aleppo" meant. No excuses. Clinton wouldn't be given a pass if she made the same mistake--it would be "the crime of the century--PROOOOOOOOF, I tell you, PROOOOOOOOF that she's brain damaged!!!"

One last time: FUCK MIKE BARNICLE! He tries to blame Clinton for not "answering" a question she's never been ASKED. ASSHOLE!!!
