Sherrod Brown berated McConnell
Just caught the tail end of Sherrod Brown's speech from the Senate floor. He was very angrily accusing Mitch McConnell of abdicating his obligations. No podium, no notes, just Sherrod being Sherrod. Wish I'd seen the whole thing.
