This is Betty Jo Shelby, who has had victim protection orders filed against her, as shown via her Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office application before becoming a TPD....

According to her 2011 resignation letter, she didn’t say why she was leaving the department. Given her trigger-finger, one could only imagine.

Then, Tulsa Police Department picked her up. And, here we are today. Betty Jo, alleged murderer.

I had not read the details. 5 bullets. whow. excess--? after being tasered--why any bullets??


Is that what the video shows? As you can hear from Betty Jo’s husband, inside the helicopter, a taser was deployed as soon as Terence reached his vehicle. You can see him sway back and forth by the tasered convulsions. Then, Betty Jo felt it excessively necessary to fire live bullets into this unarmed man.
