CNN polling guy killed me

Gives a little disclaimer before telling the results of the poll. Informing everyone that the sample size favored Democrats by 10-15%. How come they don't do that before releasing all polls especially samples that lean republican? Besides even if Democrats held a 10-15% advantage. The poll was 62-27. Cannot blame that on the sample,because that was not a spread of 10-15%,but a spread of 35%.
