Special-need students hospitalized after being tube-fed bleach at school

http://www.fresnobee.com/news/local/education/article104246646.html

Two students at Addicott Elementary School in east-central Fresno were hospitalized after ingesting bleach via their feeding tubes....

Addicott Elementary serves students with severe disabilities. Principal Katrina Pleshe confirmed the incident happened last week but did not release further details....

Pleshe would not elaborate on how the bleach came in contact with the students’ feeding tubes. Feeding tubes should be cleaned by flushing with warm water, according to multiple health agencies....

“I can’t believe I’m just finding this out. They didn’t even let us parents know,” she said. “My son is tube-fed. I need to know how this happened, where it happened. I have to know who did this.”

someone needs the stay the F away from care dependent people.

If it was more than just an accident, someone needs to go to jail
because this was more than just a prank.

Administering feedings or cleaning the equipment (special large feeding syringes). I hope the aide didn't do something this stupid, and I would hope no one else would have access to the equipment. The RN is the supervisor for the other licenses and certifications.
