7. I can start....this assumes FEMA's response will be good.

1. The Hurricane is actually just tropical storm status and this is an excuse for FEMA to get Trump voters out of the state to give it to Hilary.

2. The Hurricane was created and controlled by NASA satellites, you know, so they can prove global warming is real. But this time they plan to send the hurricane into red areas of the state driving out Trump voters so Hillary can win.

3. FEMA, NASA, NOAA and US Army of Engineers are simulating a hurricane with all their weather test equipment to scare out Trump voters, because, unlike those lazy Dem's, they will leave the area while the lazy people stay put and vote for Hilary.

I saw a RW post this morning suggesting you had to vote for HC to be admitted to a shelter. On the same forum it was suggested that teams are going into houses that have been evacuated and confiscating guns. Then there was the every so popular: Refuse to have your rights violated, refuse to leave your home, this is a false flag. OR my personal favorite - The hurricane was made by HARP and is hiding nuke-bearing Russian submarines off the E coast.
