Playboy model charged over locker room photo of naked pensioner

A Playboy model has been charged with invasion of privacy after taking a photo of a naked woman in a gym locker room and posting it on social media.

The Snapchat post also included an insulting comment about the 70-year-old woman's body.

The gym, LA Fitness, reported the incident to police and revoked Mathers' membership.

If convicted, she could reportedly face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

It's like the gun that "just went off by itself and shot her." It's all a real big mystery how it all happened.

...typed out an insulting message.

The only "accident" I can see possible is that she intended to only post it to a few equally cruel friends....instead of Public.

Sorry. Not an excuse.

Which is still total bullshit because the only difference there is how many people saw it; what she did is despicable no matter what.

Fine her to the fullest extent of the law; and then acquaint her with the luxurious furnishings at the nearest crowbar hotel.

Talk about what a stupid thing it was and how stupid she was to do it. Also talk about what an idiot she was for not considering how her victim would feel if she found out what was done to her.

Since everyone knows that's actually what happened, it's really her only out.

She took the pic, she captioned the pic, and her excuse is "I only meant to be a complete asshole in private to a few of my friands, but stupid Snapchat is too hard, and IT'S NOT MY FAAAAUUUULLLLT !!!"

If I secretly took a picture of her naked in a gym locker room, you think she'd be mad?

but didn't know how to use Snapchat, so everyone could see it. Took to Twitter to say she was going to contemplate why she did what she did. She loves and respects women. Blah, blah. Let her contemplate in jail for six months.

Is Hugh Heffner still alive? He'll pay her fine, she won't get any jail time, and Corporate Entertainment will rescue her career.

at 70 was going to a gym and working to keep a healthy body. She likely has a better physique than this twits 90 year old sugar daddy; Hugh Hefner. I hope she gets the max, but likely will pay the $1000, costs and no time. The good part could be a civil suit.

Older people should be encouraged and applauded for trying to stay healthy. Ms Playboy Model won't look like a model at age 70, I suspect.

She got kicked out of every LA Fitness gym in the world.

She lost her gig as a radio host.

She'll never pose nekkid again.

Her name is spat out all over the world.

Do you think it's really fair that she gets any more punishment? Don't you think she's been demonized enough?

...naah, let her have it. Both barrels.
