Advertising on Site??

I went to renew my Star membership only to see ads FOR Kevin Yoder (Republican jackass incumbent in my district and AGAINST Jay Sidie (the candidate trying to ubseat him). WTF???

Before I went Star, I'd see context-sensitive ads based on the text content of a DU page... and given that we discuss all sorts of conservative people and issues here, I'd get to enjoy a lot of pro-Republican ads.
