I choose to believe in the goodness of America.

And not the darkness.

That is why it is so baffling - that so many Americans are backing Donald Trump for President?

The racism, the hatred, the anger, the walls, the deportations, the lies, the name-calling, the arrogance, the violence, the incitement, the misogyny, the xenophobia, etc. Those are dark forces.

I prefer to believe that America is a better country. We should strive to make it better.

I believe Hillary Clinton wants our country to be better.

I felt like Hillary won the election with her acceptance speech at the convention. Everything after that has been an attempt by GOP and corporate cable infotainment to tighten the race (with a little help from their friends, FBI Director Comey and Vladimir Putin).

Seriously- that's the one thing that comforts me. Even the most redneck, misogynist, gay-baiting Trump supporter goes home and is happy to see his friendly dog greeting him with a tail wag. The same as I am.

There's common decency if you know where to look for it.

This is a wholly media created circus. This race has never been close despite what the media is still pushing to this day.

Even the maps they are showing at this point have her with a 270 vote starting point. That is not close. When have we ever gone into a presidential election when the maps showed 270 already locked up.

The rest is gravy.

Just because the media has portrayed this as close all election does not make it so.

He lead once for like two days even in the polls that I think we will see got it horribly wrong this time. She has maintained the lead for the rest of the race from the beginning.

The coverage is entertainment nothing more it has little or no basis in reality.

I'm sure they have covered Hillary's "emails" more than any other topic in this election, moreso than all other issues combined.

However, if they have not put a dangerous sociopath close to the Presidency, they have brought out some very dark and dangerous ideas, very harmful and hurtful for our people.

We need to be united against such forces.

The media has allowed this racist to run hog wild.

Still as you correctly recognize the vast majority of Americans have little tolerance for that nonsense.

I think we are about to see America stand up and roundly reject Cheeto Jesus.

The polls are wrong we are seeing how wrong they are already in early voting in Nevada and Florida and something the media is refusing to mention is the level of split tickets we are likely to see on the Republican side.

There was a report on Florida the other day saying there was a 28% crossover rate on the Republican side . While I think that may be a high estimate if it is even half that this is going to be a blowout like we have not seen in a long time.

Remember despite the minuscule coverage of it there are a ton of well respected Republicans that have come out against him loudly. They are not doing that lightly and while it is fun to pretend all Republicans are idiots. They are not.

Tomorrow is going to be amazing and I think you will find your belief in the American people justified.
