Optimism or naïveté?

I sit here the night before the election in both fantastic hope/excitement and yet also utter fear.

While I believe that Hillary will in fact have enough votes to win this election, and that she will clearly win the popular vote by at least 5... I am seriously worried about the election being rigged.

Not "rigged" in the sense orange hitler means, I mean "rigged" as in manipulated by a conspiracy between the Russians, the FBI, and the RNC(big biz).

This is exactly how democracies die. This is exactly how we could end up a facist state.

As ridiculous as it all sounds, even as I say it... it's real.

It could happen.

I truly hope our ideals of democracy and freedom don't die tomorrow.

I truly hope that Hillary and true patriots like DUers send a clear and concise message to the rest of the planet of "not in this country"... but I am worried.
