A point was discussed on why it took until after the election for the Russian hack/involvement stuff to come out. One of the guests said "the intelligence community has to be cautious - they have to be certain".

Well, where was that caution and certainty when it came to Comey's big pre-election Hillary email dump?

I guess caution is a partisan word, these days.

I only caught 15 min. or so while I was on my way out, but it may be one worth going back to listen to.
