“The administration is finalizing the details, which also are expected to include covert action that will probably involve cyber-operations, the officials said. An announcement on the public elements of the response could come as early as this week.”

Trump will blow up as we all know defending an 'enemy'.

I beginning to think the Senate isn't going to show trump any love - this may get fun.

Both the CIA and FBI say it is so. The last half of your statement I could not make sense of. I hope I am answering your question. Don't know for sure. But I took a stab at it.
