But losing your mother and grandmother back-to-back? I can't nor want to even imagine.
My condolences to her and the rest of the Fisher-Reynolds family. Did ANYTHING good happen in this utter turd of a year?

(7,770 posts)I had no idea. Wow. I actually enjoyed that show because of my vicious sense of humor. She was quite good I thought.
I couldn't figure out why she was wearing ear muffs all the time, so, I looked it up sometime during season one, and they said it was a nod to her mother's Star Wars character! I had no idea that she was Carrie Fisher's daughter until then! She has the same sort of cool, edgy vibe that her mother has.
Poor thing -- my thoughts go out to her and her family. Such a talented family, and I'm sure that all the love that everyone is showing them will at least be one bright spot to help them get through this trying time.

(8,003 posts)I've known people whose parents died the same day or within a day of each other. It's so tough to deal with a double dose of grief.
