I'm a boxing fan too. The only good MMA bouts are the ones where the two fighters stand up and strike, even if their punches are wide and defense negligible (a good boxer would take them out with jabs and straight rights and lefts that would connect before those round punches ever had a chance to land).

Once the MMA fighters go on the ground and grovel around it's boring and unwatchable to me.

That fight was hard to watch. IMHO Ronda waited to long to jump back in the ring. She also changed very little if anything in her training. That said I can't get down with all the hate being thrown at her.

She has no skills in that part of MMA, which, unfortunately is how the matches start.

Because she has no defensive skills and little offensive striking ability, a good striker can take her out before she has a chance to get them on the ground where she excels.

Too bad, those trainers of hers should be sued for incompetence.
