Kevin McCarthy, Majority Leader, was saying this morning that the biggest problem with Obamacare was that it was done with no Republican support.

That is not exactly true. It did not start out with no Republican support. It was initially an idea of the Heritage Foundation. Even after it was introduced, Grassley, Snowe, and Collins were on board. Eventualy, they dropped their support b/c of pressure from the new Tea Party. Then, Joe Lieberman betrayed the Democrats and demanded no single payer system. That basically killed what would have been credible healthcare reform.

The truth is still putting its shoes on as the lies zoom around the universe.
