Have you not heard some of the things he and thuglicans are proposing in doing? And no, he's not my president and no president put into the office of the presidency with the help of putin will ever be.

And by the way, tRump's giving those of US who didn't vote for him the finger. He's in love with and supportive of russia/putin, which is outright treason and I take offense to that, so how in stars can I even begin to THINK that this racist, sexist, a moral, petty, thin skin, tweeting-addicted "child" will improve life for anyone but himself, his family and other rich, white, males? There's no way around it, this person was putin into office to destroy this country, and give power back to white, rich males and to russia.

Not trying to start anything with you friend, but there's no way around WHAT tRumputin IS, and that's an incoming disaster.

I'm game.

As far as I am concerned if he gave everyone in America free health care for life, it would still be a nice gesture from an ignorant white wing racist/bigot.

But, the hard fact is, he's our Prez and refusing to go to an inauguration ain't going to change that or make him do anything differently.

He can be your president, but never mine.

And as far as Dems going to the inauguration is concerned, that's on them. IF Hillary and Bill want to sit up there next to the guy who had help from russia in defeating her (Which is an act of treason), that's on THEM also. But then again, they're plenty wealthy and won't go through the hell the rest of us will be going through. I don't think they'll like what tRumputin puts this country through for one minute, but being "adult" and attending his inauguration will I guess make them feel better in that regard.

God Bless 'em. Dems love being rick-rolled by thuglicans.

Oh well

George H. W. Bush isn't attending for health reasons just like 2013. He's been quite fragile heath wise for a wise. He pretty much has a health scare every year and standing outside in the cold would probably be against his doctor's wishes. And Barbara is above celebrating the man that wronged her favorite son.

I'm guessing if a "Democrat" went and pander to students at Liberty University they would be cheered by the same people questioning Clinton here.

after all the lousy names he called her and after all the horrible things he said about her.

Trump treated her like garbage all throughout the campaign: "Put her in jail", "Nasty Woman", "She's the devil", etc etc, and he made "Crooked Hillary" stick like velcro.

The scumbag never showed her an ounce of respect. Hillary should return the favor by not showing up at his fucking circus of an inauguration.

It will be like a counter inauguration. Why shouldn't the person who got 3,000,000 more votes go??? She'll be wildly popular, and he won't be able to stand it. In fact, he probably, more than anyone, wishes she wasn't going.

(You, who carved the Grand Canyon and gave us bees that can crap honey...surely you could still pull off some kind of reverse Men in Black maneuver...with a blinding flash of light the nation suddenly and collectively remembers there's a clause in the Constitution that's says if the winner of the electoral college turns out to be corrupt and a bit of a tool he shall be immediately replaced with the runner-up. Simple...but of course, You can make it more formal...add in a "doth" and a couple of "heretofores" - so it'll sound constitutiony.)

(So how 'bout it? I'd start tithing I would...no, really!)

(I'll even be kinder to strangers although I don't think I have to point out to You just how much easier that would be to do if Hillary was president. Instead. Just sayin'.)

Not going would give repubs and Fox News the opportunity to blather on as they have in the past when they think a Democrat has slighted tradition or some such by not wearing a flag pin, not saluting someone, not doing this that or the other.

They don't get to engage in that distracting narrative about disrespecting the office blah blah blah. And the Clintons demonstrate that they have the class that a lot of their enemies claim they lack.

GOPers, nor do I really want to try to treat him like they treated Obama. Doesn't mean I am not mad as hell about that, but I see no reason to giver GOPers more rope to hang us.

It's not like GOPers have been that friendly to Trump. I know it might be delusional, but I'd like for Trump to see Democrats as accepting of any attempts to prove he's not the ignorant racist/bigot he portrayed in the campaign to attract white wing votes. It's a long shot I know.
