I figure they'll probably set up a monitor on the lectern, and he'll just tweet the whole thing from his gold throne in Trumpsky Tower. No contact = no possibility of his delicate feelings getting hurt because the applause isn't loud enough. Sad!

(Actually, the Constitution doesn't require a speech at all -- it only requires that he report periodically to Congress. Most of the earlier presidents just sent over a written report.)
