I need your opinion: "When?"

There is this guy.
He's 70.
A driven, hectic workaholic with too many interests, not enough time on his hands and not enough patience to go through with them.
A lover of greasy fast-food.
A rather thin-skinned character, easily slighted and prone to get worked up over anything.

He's got a new job as the head of a company-department.
He insists that he earned this position fair&square on his own merits, while the FBI is investigating whether an organized crime-ring put him into that position, possibly to gain leverage over the company via payback or blackmail.
And he doesn't like the neverending rumors and accusations behind his back that he doesn't deserve this job and that he's a failure.

Now, my question is:
As this is a very stressful and demanding job even without the additional friction and controversies this guy will create on a daily basis, what's your estimate how long this guy will make it before he gets a heart-attack?

2. Never as this guy seems incredibly lucky

I would say God favors him. He probably has really good genes when it comes to cardiovascular health. The best genes, really, believe me.

He managed to get that job vs. very competent, qualified competition due to some possible cheating and some errors and some dumbasses on the hiring committee. The hiring committee was stacked for him due to his connections and his father's wealth.

He is one lucky bastard. Everything goes his way no matter what the chances look like at the beginning.

7. Interesting you mention that: His doc said, it's no big deal if he keels over and dies.

Nobody knows what his current state of health is, but the latest missive from his doctor was that it doesn't matter anyways because there's always the vice-department-head who could take over.

4. I think you're forgetting his doctor's statement:

"To Whom My Concern:

I have been the personal physician of Mr. Donald J. Trump since 1980. His previous physician was my father, Dr. Jacob Bornstein. Over the past 39 years, I am pleased to report that Mr. Trump has had no significant medical problems. Mr. Trump has had a recent complete medical examination that showed only positive results. Actually, his blood pressure, 110/65, and laboratory test results were astonishingly excellent.

Over the past twelve months, he has lost at least fifteen pounds. Mr. Trump takes 81 mc of aspirin daily and a low dose of s statin. His PSA test score is 0.15 (very low). His physical strength and stamina are extraordinary.

Mr. Trump has suffered no form of cancer, has never had a hip, knee, or shoulder replacement or any other orthopedic surgery. His only surgery was an appendectomy at age ten. His cardiovascular status is excellent. He has no history of ever using alcohol or tobacco products.

If elected, Mr Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency."

6. People like him live for a long time because they only care for themselves. Not a worry about

anyone else, only in how they relate to his well being.

He's like Alfred E. Neuman, "what, me worry?"

He's always sure he's right. His only doubt is if people believe it. If he spouts that line enough, he's sure they'll come to that conclusion too because he is perfect.
