Maddow was wrong - it had nothing to do with Obama, but insurance.

12. I'm UK so can't relate to Maddow

All I. know is that the subject of cancelling insurance on ships carrying arms to Syria first came up about 4 days ago. That preceeded it being invoked. Then they used it against the ship which was 50 miles off the coast of Scotland. That trick cannot be used against the Russian Navy.
