What percentage of Republicans in Congress know the Economic Score?

This is, to me, a fascinating sociological question.

The Republican party has done everything it could since 2008 to slow economic recovery in the USA.

But under Republican economic orthodoxy, the Republican party has been helping the economy. Many of the Republicans actually believe that more government spending would lead to runaway inflation, higher interest rates, slower growth and higher unemployment.

The question is, what is the proportion of saboteurs to true-believers? Boehnner knows the Obama jobs bill would create jobs. But does Rand Paul? Rand Paul may well believe that passing the Obama jobs bill would increase unemployment.

Among Congress I would guess it's about 35% amoral, intellectually nihilistic saboteurs and 65% "useful idiots" who are just plain nuts. But That's just a guess.

In either case they are unsalvageable, and are a tangible danger to Americans.

...but Romney *definitely* knows the criminality of his Party's core belief: the overthrow of democratic government and the pursuit of a new feudal economy.

An interesting questionaire could be developed for the Repubs to separate the capos from the True Believer sheeplets.
