But without context, it's hard to tell.

Full disclosure: I have been to clothing optional places where families attend. Also the guy could use a trim.

Most likely it's one of those bible-pervert places.

uncomfortable and the blonde girl feels the same way. My goodness I wonder if their parents are aware of the goings on? I mean the prior DOJ (his name slips my mind at the moment) had lady justice cover because her chest was nude. This is an one ugly dude. He isn't a Jesus type for me. He looks like a weakly Jesus.

IMHO, this picture IS NOT EVEN REMOTELY AMUSING. If it's someone playing around with Photoshop, then the photo is a beyond a sick joke. If it's real, the proper authorities should already be notified. One person on the site identified himself as a minister and was asking for any information as to where the photo was taken so he could notify authorities himself.

Links can be found in posts in this thread. The girls were at the museum. Nobody forced them to stand with Nature Boy, there.

There were other people all around. Probably the kids' mom took the photo.

The person at that web site is perpetrating a hoax.

Here's the link to the show page: http://plus1plus1plus.org/event/letthemeatlacma

Ohhhh, the creepy almost naked guy is in an art museum! Well, nevermind then. In all seriousness, I think people get a little too upset about anything that even hints at "inappropriate", but I have to admit, just as a photograph, that's pretty creepy. Art museum sensibilities notwithstanding.

He's as covered up as any man in a bathing suit. That's the point, really. Putting him at a museum demonstrates just how conscious we are of place.

There are several videos on youtube of his performance art stuff. Search for Adam Overton.

Isolated, the photo represents something different from the actual event.

It's not really disturbing when you know the context. The museum goers weren't disturbed. See the videos.

This was part of an event at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in 2010. There are links in the thread. The photo was taken in the museum, with dozens of other museum-goers nearby. Nothing sinister going on, despite the guy's pale white skin.

The kids do look a little uncomfortable but then my kids are uncomfortable standing so close to any stranger and would be wearing a similar expression, even next to a fully dressed one.

I'm not sure what it says about me exactly but i do feel more comfortable knowing this took place at an art show rather than in a church simply because the atmosphere in VBS, in my own personal experience as a child, isn't always very supportive of, "I don't wanna".
