Stephen King Just Summed Up Trumps Attack On Meryl Streep Brilliantly..

Stephen King

@StephenKing

Trump's response to Meryl Streep--childish, churlish, petulant--is exactly why most Americans fear his presidency. Emotionally unqualified.
1:19 PM - 9 Jan 2017

The presidency of the United States is perhaps the most emotionally taxing job in the world, and requires great personal strength and conviction to properly execute. The well-being of millions of people lie in the hands of the president, along with their very lives.

Trump’s inability to let a perceived slight from an actress who didn’t even call him out by name – and his insistent need to insult and demean his critics – shows just how emotionally immature he is and how unqualified he is to lead this nation.

now looks almost like a class act.

He was criticized a lot at events, and he kept it to himself.

And all the racism that was thrown at Michele and President Obama? They took the high road.

Now we have idiot supreme leading the free world by throwing twitter fits.

Once again, through his tiny fingers on a Twitter screen, Drumpf is successfully distracting our collective attention away from the much more serious issues, such as the totally unqualified -- and downright dangerous -- cabinet nominees, Russia's manipulation of the election and now the new administration, the dismantlement of the safety net for the middle class,... sadly, I could fill a page with a list of more important issue. Yes, there are posts here on DU on each of these topics, but the average Americans are falling for this sleight of tiny hand. Over and over again.
