Kovaleski didn't state it was a fact that Muslims in Jersey City were celebrating. He reported about a police investigation with no further report of arrests or any criminal prosecution. Trump did the opposite: He stated that a multitude of Muslims were dancing and celebrating as a fact. And Trump lied.
