The Dems shouldn't acquiesce in a Pence presidency...

...if it comes to it. This entire election was illegitimate. The GOP cannot be rewarded in any way for treason. The only remedy the Dems should support is a new election. Period. As for the "constitutionality" of this remedy...fuck it. We are, right now, in the worst constitutional crisis since the Civil War. Pence assuming the Presidency would be a worse constitutional outrage than a revote. Radical surgery is required. Whether or not it happens, the Dems *must* make this their position, and say--publicly and as often as possible--that Pence, or any Repub, is illegitimate.
