My eight year old immigrant brown skinned child just cried her eyes out

She said she was scared that trump was going to take her and her mommy out of the USA and she would never see me again. I told her not to worry, we would not let that happen, that I would fight him however I needed to. She finally stopped crying and said, "Can I fight him too?" I told her absolutely, that there were millions of us who are going to resist and make sure that him and his goons don't take away legalized immigrants.
She keeps a sort of journal because she is a talented artist, and she drew a picture of two people fighting. When I asked her what that was, she said, "That's you and Donald trump fighting. You are knocking him out." And I swear that I will if anyone tries to take her, or mess with her or her mommy.
Thank you for letting me vent a bit. I have been in a state of anger and shock since the election and need to let loose every now and then.

We're all somewhat discombobulated with what's happening. I didn't figure that you meant anything weird.
