DT is "telegraphing" his intent to the world

Whether It comes to China, Russia, Europe, NATO, or many other issues.

This from the guy who bitched and moaned on the campaign trail that Obama was "signaling" the USA intent in advance in the middle east.

DT is an absolute and complete fraud that needs to be called out on this.
