As regards my state of California, I know Kamala Harris has more pressing engagements in California (you betcha), but DiFi hasn't said yet. He is a thug and disrespectful to all who disagree with him. Why should we/they show him any respect.

However, Bill is a former POTUS and Hill is his spouse, and it would be a breach of protocol for them to absent themselves. We'll just have to wait and see how this plays out, but judging former POTUS's on their attendance would be kind of foolish.
