(90,978 posts)As for atrendance, I know some people are going to keep score, but each congresscritter is going to have to make that calculation for themselves. As regards my state of California, I know Kamala Harris has more pressing engagements in California (you betcha), but DiFi hasn't said yet. However, DiFi has emphatically thrown down the gauntlet to Trump, so she can do whatever the hell she wants afaic.

He is a thug and disrespectful to all who disagree with him. Why should we/they show him any respect.
I question all who have been bullied by him but choose to "forget" and show him respect by going to the shit show.
I think it says a lot about politicians in general.

(90,978 posts)However, Bill is a former POTUS and Hill is his spouse, and it would be a breach of protocol for them to absent themselves. We'll just have to wait and see how this plays out, but judging former POTUS's on their attendance would be kind of foolish.
