For those who haven't seen the movie or read the book (I highly recommend both), Sonmi-451 was a "fabricant"--a genetically manufactured clone whose job was to work at a fast food waitress without question to authority. After discovering the disturbing nature behind the creation, purpose, and ultimate fate of fabricants, she starts an uprising against the authorities until she is ultimately captured.
