House Oversight Committee Democrats have penned a letter to Acting Administrator Toothy Horne on Monday about a luxury hotel operated by the Trump Organization in Washington, D.C.
A committee aide tells DailyMail.com the agency told the panel that was the person to to whom correspondence should now be addressed
The hotel has reported losses totaling $1.1 million for September and October, below estimates, according to the letter
The lawmakers cite the 'possibility that President Trump will profit from large increases in hotel revenues because he was elected president'
